Dr. Voss and his staff were very professional. Got me in and out in no time. Dr. Voss was very nice to me and addressed all of my problems. I am feeling much better after the treatment he recommended.

Dr Voss was extremely professional, kind and thorough. He took his time to hear me out and then performed his evaluation. He only ran necessary testing. And spoke with me about treatment options. Once one was decided upon we began working on scheduling. Thank you Dr Voss

Hi I'm a patient Dr. Tyler T. Voss, D.O. I have lots of muscular pain, bones, joints pains my whole body severely hurts most of the time. I started seeing Dr. Voss about 2 1/2 years ago, he has totally made my body work with me. He is a very nice person and knows how to explain the issues. All of the staff are very kind, helpful and do there best to get you scheduled in to see all the Doctors. Yes I'm pleased with there Office.

I went to OAM Urgent Care late Friday afternoon with increasing left shoulder and arm pain, and figured that I would either have to wait forever to be seen or I would be rushed through due to the time. The check-in process and waiting room time was maybe 15 minutes and the front-desk staff was pleasant even that close to the end of their day. I was taken to an exam room, gave consent for X-rays and that process took another 5 or 6 minutes, back into the exam room and very shortly Dr. Voss knocked on the door, entered and introduced himself. He asked about my problem, did some basic range of motion and strength testing and not only gauged my reaction by what was going on with/in my arm but watched my facial expressions to see how much movement or pressure it took for me to grimace. Then he went over my X-rays with me and explained what he was seeing (the claw-like protrusion was not a good thing). After more conversation and questions he then said that he believed a steroid shot would help alleviate my symptoms but was honest and said it may take a few days because there was a lot of inflammation. I agreed with having the injection and I NEVER felt a thing! I’ve had steroid injections in my knee in the past the they have been excruciating, which is another reason I tried to treat this at home…but I literally didn’t feel a thing. I have had fantastic experiences with Orthopedic Associates in the past and I highly recommend them, and if necessary in the future, will return to them and specifically to Dr. Voss.

I was impressed that the office realized my time was just as important as their time by giving me an approximate time I would be seen and giving me the choice to go to their less busier office in Grand Haven. I was seen within the hour by Dr. Voss who answered all my questions and did not appear to be in a hurry or make me feel rushed. Their state-of-the-art X- ray equipment was impressive and fast.

Great visit with Dr Voss just before Christmas. Whole staff was great. He quickly diagnosed my knee problem and after the knee injection I was pain free in 24 hours. Highly recommend the OAM Urgent Care.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I entered the facility! I was impressed with how fast the X-Ray report was done by the time I walked back into the room. And Dr. Voss fully explained exactly what was going on with the pain in my shoulder and treated it immediately! I will definitely go back again!

Dr. Voss and his staff at The Orthopedic Associates in Muskegon, were extremely professional, nice, helpful and were able to figure out the issue fairly quickly. Dr. Voss has amazing bedside manner and he makes the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. I did a last minute walk-in visit on a beautiful sunny Saturday right before they were closing. They didn’t rush me out or anything of the sort. They instead were patient and comforting to me, which I appreciated, as I’m sure they probably were ready to get out and enjoy the weather. I’d highly recommend Dr. Voss as he was able to find out the issue within 20 minutes or less, while other doctors haven’t been able to do. I really thank him for that and as I’ve previously said, I’d highly recommend him! 😊
